Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the City Civil Court, Bengaluru Urban District, and the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Complex, Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560027, where applicable.
